DESIGN THROUGH PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We can assist you in the design and pre-construction phase by:

- Evaluation: Establish specifications and home site evaluation with you and the design professional
- Budget: Develop a preliminary budget with cost saving options
- Selections: Carefully guide and assist you through the selection process
- Final Plan: Provide you with final specifications, construction schedule and budget prior to construction to ensure your complete satisfaction and understanding
CONSTRUCTION
The construction phase begins after an agreement is signed that will be based on final architectural plans, clearly defined specifications and the final cost. During the construction process our responsibilities will be:
- Meetings: Coordinate regular job and site meetings to review progress to keep you informed every step of the way
- Quality: Build your home with the highest quality of construction detail
- Responsiveness: Provide you with a pro-active approach to any issues that may arise and deliver prompt responses to all your inquiries
- Dedication: Our goal is to provide a positive building experience, completely dedicated to you and your home
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Our state-of-the-art QA/QC program is the industry’s finest and ensures that every detail in the building process is addressed
POST-CONSTRUCTION
MJ Costigan Builders post construction process starts prior to the completion of your home in order to ensure your complete and total satisfaction. Prior to completion we will:
- Walkthroughs: Accompany you on several walkthroughs to ensure your complete satisfaction
- Instruction: Provide you with a complete homeowner’s manual consisting of all the related warranties, instructional, and care information
- On-Site Demonstration: Personally instruct you in your new home and familiarize you with the proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems.
